As a Business Analyst, you'll develop business strategies to drive forward property management strategies. Using data visualization and statistical analysis techniques you will find the themes and opportunities where our property management efforts can deliver the most value or improve our guest experience as we strive to deliver best in class buildings and properties around the globe. About you:

• One - three years of relevant experience
• Can demonstrate ability to source data directly using SQL or other query languages
• Can demonstrate ability to use R statistical software to solve analytical problems
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Microstrategy, Tableau and Domo
• Familiarity with other Statistical tools like Python or SAS
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a growth environment
