Are you passionate about helping others and enjoy customer service? If so, we may have the position for you! Atterro is hiring a Health Benefits Representative in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls in support of the Connect for Health Colorado program.

· Compensation: $14.00 per hour · Benefits: Medical/Dental/vision, Life insurance, 401k, service bonus, referral bonus · Fun environment: BBQ’s, hosted lunches, perfect attendance gift cards, talent appreciation programs Position details and responsibilities: · Multiple shifts are available – must be able to work any shift between 7am - 8pm, Monday through Friday and occasional weekends · Answer inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollments, policy changes, renewals, and account information · Answer questions related to the website, such as website navigation, account set up and password resets · Enter information and process enrollments within company’s system · Protect client information and maintain confidentiality of customer interactions · Follow guidelines to comply with security and privacy standards, including FTI, PHI, and HIPAA · Meet all metrics and quality standards · Any other duties as assigned Qualifications and requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED · Minimum of one year call center experience · Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook · Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute · Strong communication skills · Ability to work overtime as needed · Healthcare and/or public eligibility program experience is a plus · Spanish Bilingual skills are a plus
