In partnership with a technology services company located in Chanhassen, MN Pro Staff is now hiring a Sales Coordinator! This individual will provide customer service through sales order creation, relationship building, purchasing and monitoring in/outbound shipments with a focus on technology hardware. The Coordinator will partner with Account Managers and be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals. This is a 9-12 month project, with the potential for to be temp to hire for the right candidate!

Pay: $16-17/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead account management by developing and managing relationships with both vendors and customers
• Create, enter and manage customer orders
• Act as liaison between customers and sales team
• Process, review and handle all activities from order placement to delivery
• Maintain vendor relationships, quite pricing and source products
• Keep customers informed of details and changes regarding order ship date, estimated time of arrival and shipping methods
• Answer main switchboard calls and transfer to appropriate individual

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' previous experience in sales support or customer service
• Self motivated, independent, accountable
• Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication abilities
