If so Pro Staff has an excellent opportunity located in the Apple Valley area.The candidate will be expected to process card orders, answer incoming inquiries, data input all file maintenance for card accounts, process incoming mail and new applications, prepare credit references, perform reconciliations, as well as other duties as assigned.

Temporary 4-6 week contract position
Schedule-  M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Starting pay- $17-$20 an hour based on experience

Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)

Process new card orders Answer inquiries regarding card accounts and card orders Data input all file maintenance for card accounts; including credit limits, address changes, deleting members on joint accounts, etc. Process incoming mail, new applications and orders for cards. Prepares credit references, various forms and letters to members. Process settlements, GL entries and GL reconciliation. Review daily reports and verify previous day’s work for accuracy. Research and refund, if necessary, fees and/or interest charges to members. Perform balance transfers, refund credit balances and other related duties as needed. Qualifications:

Strong data entry skills Strong Xcel experience Excellent attention to detail Working knowledge of computer software (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office) fax and copy machines
