Do you have experience in Human Resources and enjoy working with MS Office? Pro Staff is seeking a temporary Human Resource Assistant! While in this position, the HR assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support. This position is located in Burnsville, Minnesota and has the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of recruiting experience.

Job Duties Assist with organizing confidential HR files and paperwork Assist with internal audits Updating various spreadsheets Assisting with Affirmative Action Plans Creating training powerpoints from documentation
Qualifications At least two years of Recruiting experience is required Two to three years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or equivalent is required One year of office and/or clerical experience required. Proficient in MS office suite Good communication and critical evaluation skills Ability to manage relationships Maintaining ethical practices Good reliability and attendance Ability to meet client requirements
