While in this position, you will be providing excellent customer service support and using web-based systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting issues. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain their past employments in detail. 

 

This opportunity is located in Bloomington, Minnesota and pays $17.50 per hour or $18.00 for bilingual representatives.

Job Duties:

Handle customer questions and complaints 

Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws

Read documents and collect relevant information

Participate in team meetings and training

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong communication skills

Have a high attention to detail

Strong computer skills

Have a minimum of 1-2 years in customer service but 2-3 years is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Ability to type 30-40 WPM

Ability to problem solve and use good judgement when needed

Ability to provide excellent customer service while having a professional demeanor. 

Good reliability and attendance

Ability to work in a team setting

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to meet client requirements
