The Edina Pro Staff office is partnering with a well-established global consulting firm in Bloomington, MN to find a Spanish/English Bilingual Call Center Representative to provide third party benefit support to their clients.  This individual will answer incoming calls from employees who have questions in regard to health or welfare plans. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become well-versed in your clients’ benefits programs
  • Answer incoming calls from employees regarding their health and pension benefits
  • Update caller’s information as appropriate within computer database
  • Provide excellent customer service to callers
  • Reach out to other departments when necessary to provide answers to callers
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
  • High school diploma required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to navigate between multiple database systems and work with dual monitors
  • Ability to research customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely matter
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  •  

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday, work schedule ranging from 30-40 hours a week. 

     

    Compensation:

    $18.00 per hour
