Facilities Coordinator
Responsibilities

•             Responsible for condition & safety of Call Center

•             Security system in place of all call center employees

•             Repairs of call center

•             Ordering dept supplies & special materials for clients while being cost effective

•             Break room area & all furniture

•             Collecting & verification of all COI information of contractors

•             Stocking and cleaning of all coffee areas

•             Stocking supplies for printers

•             Managing emails & fusion tickets

•             Inspect building, floors, safety issues 

•             Maintain locker rooms

•             Collect & process mail & service carriers

•             Provisioning of badge, locker, & call center agent related equipment

•             Place all maintenance requests to proper maintenance teams

•             Maintain up to date vendor contact info

•             Maintain badge info 

•             Basic Repair of call center furniture

•             Janitorial duties of the call center, restrooms, breakrooms

•             Check all conference rooms for cleanliness; check A/V equipment for proper operation. Make   sure all chairs are neatly pushed under the tables.

•             Assist with all facilities maintenance request as needed.

•             Maintains inventory of all facilities product and equipment.

•             Company function setups / tear down.

•             Minor plumbing

•             Minor electrical

•             And all other tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Must have Valid Drivers License
Lifting required
Thursday thru Sunday 9am to 8pm
