Sr. Program Owner Property Management - Interactive Displays

About us:

Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers.

Target's distinctive brand love is infused throughout its many physical locations by the Properties teams. We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction and maintenance of our stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Are you ready to help strategically grow Target's brand through leading-edge design, development, construction and preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams, and help us make the most of Target's physical footprint both in the U.S. and overseas.

A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, brand services or energy utility expense management. Here, your work will exceed the needs of both Target guests and team members, delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience, every time they walk through our doors.

As a Sr. Program Owner of Interactive Displays on our Fixtures, Finishes, & Equipment Team, you will manage the execution of project and program management activities to deliver the desired interactive display experiences within Target Stores (e.g. interactive guest displays such as headphone, speaker, gaming, camera, TV, mobile, etc. displays); ultimately ensuring functionality and availability of interactive displays to assist in driving sales. Projects span from managing the execution of transitions as interactives are refreshed within stores at key points throughout the year, facilitating the interactive processes to support new stores and remodels, to ad-hoc capital and special projects. You must be comfortable partnering and communicating with cross functional project and program teams across Merchandising, Construction, Store Ops, S&P, Store Design, etc. that will be critical to achieving the goals, processes and outcomes set within the interactives space. You will play a critical role in supporting, testing, evaluating, and providing program feedback to drive optimal operational outcomes. This role will partner with a variety of external vendor partner teams as well, which will drive a focus on vendor management to ensure the desired vendor related operational outcomes are being met.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of relevant project management, communications, retail merchandise electronics display processes and/or Property Management experience
  • Ability to use data and experience to detect trends, conduct root cause analysis, identify solutions and resolve issues
