Atterro has an exciting opportunity as an Documentation Coordinator in Simpsonville, SC!
Responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s Contact Center policy documents. This role will support the review and development of existing and new policies from and with different teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce customer and contact center agent effort. This role will also measure the success rate for any new policy implementation through means of customer survey and other internal reporting. A passion for customer service is highly preferred.
Common and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive policy updates from internal departments (after vetted and approved by one or more managers) and update in the Contact Center's policy system.
Create, develop, and/or update policy documents to make them easier to read and understand to increase customer satisfaction and decrease agent and customer effort.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-7 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience is required.
Prior experience in technical writing, design, and/or customer support required. Prior experience in researching and resolving customer facing policy breakdowns is preferred.
Good communication skills and a very good grasp of English grammar.
Proficient in MS Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
