Sr. Brand Manager

As a Sr. Brand Manager - Portfolio Management, you will facilitate and lead work that spans across the total portfolio of Target Owned Brands. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, governing timing and action, escalating risks and opportunities, driving accountability, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will be accountable for leading and conducting analysis on the owned brand portfolio and competitive performance to inform action. You will develop brand strategy recommendations that apply to the total owned brand portfolio. In addition, you will partner with Guest Insights to scope and develop a learning plan to support the total owned brand portfolio. In close partnership with Subject Matter Experts, you will work on integrating the brand management function into current strategic planning processes and routines.

About You:
  • 4 year degree
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years' experience
  • Ability to be an effective team player and manage relationships with team and key business partners
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detailed problem-solving, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
