UW-Stout is currently seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position in the Engineering and Technology Department to teach coursework related to machine component design, capstone projects, mechanics and/or system modeling (not expected to have expertise in all of them but two (2) or more).

The position requires either a PhD candidate status in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or MS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with four (4) or more years of experience. To be considered, candidates must have the ability to teach in a lecture/lab environment and excellent English communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, experience working in a collaborative environment and/or three (3) or more years of industry/laboratory experience is preferred.
