Pricing & Promo Sr. Insights Analyst - JAS + Men's

Working within Pricing & Promo, your mission is to develop enterprise-wide pricing and promotion strategies in partnership with merchants impacting millions of dollars within the enterprise Pricing and Promotions Center of Excellence (PPCOE). These strategies affect everyday retails, promotional effectiveness, clearance management and competitive pricing. As a member of the Pricing & Promo team, you'll focus on leading promotional offer strategy and effectiveness, and be a key business consultant to merchants by developing relationships with Buyers, Sr. Buyers, and Divisional leaders. The PPCOE has a strong partnership with Marketing to bring offers to life for the Guest, as well as partnership with Store Operations, Finance and other important support areas.

As a Pricing & Promo Sr Insights Analyst, you'll take the lead to design and recommend innovative pricing and promotional plans and offers in partnership with your Strategy Lead and merchant teams. You will use leading-edge tools and business insights to develop pricing and promotional insights and recommendations across key, large Divisions at Target as well as build relationships with buyers, senior management and other support teams in development of these strategies. You will work with state-of-the-art systems to understand and shape pricing and promotional strategies and store execution, and recommend pricing and promotional decisions that have multi-million dollar impact. • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-6 years relevant work experience
