New college graduates with Accounting or Finance degree welcome.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial operations support of sales and marketing activities in NC branch office
Reconciliation of sales data and customer debit memos
Communication between internal accounting teams, internal sales & marketing teams, and customer financial operations teams
Validation of customer promotional claims and uploading in internal SAP systems
Utilizing internal accounting software to accurately process customer claims by month end
Track with high precision monthly claim resolution and report to sales management
Assist with ad hoc financial projects and sales analysis
Ensure monthly debit memo processing completed by last day of month; extra works hours required for last two days of month
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform duties and responsibilities
Ability to work well with others and take direction from supervisor and other top management
Advanced M/S Office skills including Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot tables), PowerPoint
Strong reporting capabilities (Finance and Sales Reporting)
Account Reconciliation experience a plus
Experience in a corporate environment
