A role in Property Management means the opportunity to own a business and make strategic business decisions daily! Your efforts will maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. As a Program Owner, on the Interior & Exterior Services team you'll support Interior & Exterior Service programs across all Target Stores. Responsibilities include team support with vendor and field communications, program launches and schedules. Interfaces and leads cross-functional coordination with Field Operations and external Vendors. Works closely with internal and external teams to advance projects, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Develop and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor progress, effectiveness and vendor performance. Job duties may change due to company initiatives and business needs.

About You
  • 2-4 years college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations
  • Ability to maximize relationships team player/inspires others/takes partners across the organization and with outside
