A role with Retail Brand Experience (RBX) means an opportunity to shape our guests' experience of our holistic marketing presentation inside our stores and through owned brand packaging. You'll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on delivering the guest experience.

As a Packaging Strategy Lead you're responsible for the identification of underlying opportunities, improvement of operations and processes, mobilization of teams throughout the organization to increase return on invested technologies and deployment. You will define process improvements, program management foundations (tools and technology) and install risk mitigation plans as necessary. You will influence key business partners to lead and drive accountability across Packaging and cross-functional projects. By keeping an enterprise mindset you lead and organize the development and installation of work plans that are appropriately scoped, resourced and on-track. Challenging the status quo to deliver results quickly and consistently. You will build new accountability structures to enable growth and scale of technology products, global resourcing opportunities, defining process and requirements, as well as, driving governance and developing control plans. You'll leverage your analytical mindset to balance the art and science of product ownership, developing and monitoring channel metrics to ensure improved performance and flawless execution.   • 4-year college degree
  • 6+ Years of Related Experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of cross company interdependencies and responsibilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Change management experience
