A role within Fulfillment Operations means a big opportunity to apply your logistics, supply chain and fulfillment experience to improve the operations and define the strategies that fuel Ship from Store, Pickup services and next gen fulfillment capabilities.

As a Fulfillment Operations Lead Business Partner, you will be responsible for analyzing Store Fulfillment performance to identify underlying patterns with metrics. You'll develop a deep understanding of all Store Fulfillment processes and make recommendations on process changes to help us improve performance, determine what might impact performance, elevate the guest experience, and increase profitable sales. Your critical thinking skills will be key as you partner closely with Product and Data Sciences teams to lay out criteria for additional data for analysis where needed. Armed with your analysis, you'll influence Stores, Supply Chain and Inventory Management leaders to make process and/or technology enhancement as well as develop targeted communication strategies to maximize results. You will lead, support and execute cross-functional initiatives by utilizing project management techniques to reduce store cancelled digital orders. You will create plans from concept through execution, inclusive of customer impacting changes in stores for the Fulfillment business. You will leverage strong critical thinking and communication skills to work in ambiguity, adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, and navigate competing priorities across multiple business leaders, and challenging the status quo. You will be responsible for pursuing continuous business development and innovation, understanding the external landscape, and identifying trends in the industry that impact Store Operations and Target initiatives.

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in relevant omni-channel, supply chain or stores
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated project and process management/ownership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Desired MBA
  • Desired experience with performance analytics
