- Serve as a business consultant for team member development and change management needs
- Identify the most critical talent gaps and key moments or transitions that require talent development and/or change interventions
- Leverage your learning & development knowledge to create and deploy measurable learning solutions to build capabilities and enhance business performance
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project management process while meeting deadlines

About you:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Broad talent development experience
- Expert consulting skills (includes ability to lead, communicate, influence and demonstrate strong executive presence, business acumen and strategic mindset)
- Effectively lead large complex cross-functional efforts and programs (includes handling project intake, root cause analysis, scope and maintain service level agreements, develop resource recommendations, and consulting)
- Proven ability to build broad and deep business acumen quickly
- Background in either facilitation or design thinking
- Experience in creating and implementing learning solutions for a variety of situations
