As a Talent Partnerships + Influence Marketing Project Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Operations team and primarily be responsible for project management of initiatives from inception to close. Design "how" this work is accomplished by planning, organizing, managing and executing project plans/processes in addition to acting as an important day-to-day contact for partners. You will drive project coordination, establish and communicate detailed timing and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, and set clear expectations with partners. Leverage your critical thinking to connect across projects, proactively identify risks and roadblocks, integrate and balance big picture with day-to-day work, and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow.

Foster a seamless and consistent project management experience while playing an integral role in the management of projects:
  • Identify target influencer profiles in key categories & deliverables to attain client success
  • Lead research efforts to identify appropriate influencer candidates
  • Manage all influencer deliverables
  • Develop of weekly and monthly reporting
  • Identify influencer opportunities to be leveraged with other business units
  • Oversee influencer campaigns - from ideation and pitching to campaign execution to ensure timely execution of talent deliverables, client communication and coordination of logistics based on talent contracts
  • Develop programs for influencers and creators across all internal verticals, from content co-creation to offline events, that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs
  • Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
  • Communicate and evangelize creator network capabilities to internal and external partners
  • Drive process for the work to ensure clear scope and on-time delivery across all relevant business and partner teams
  • Build out and manage timing & actions along with dashboards and key approval milestones
  • Build relationships and working cross-functionally to drive the successful and on-time completion of assigned campaign work
  • Monitor project progress, report on performance and proactively communicate with key stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and identify risks that may result in missed deadlines while offering strategic solutions to best keep the team and the work moving forward
  • Own and manage strategy and operations initiatives
  • Maintain the comprehensive program portfolio of timing and deliverables across all activations while identifying and surfacing the most significant risks and proposed actions
  • Lead strategic planning activities as needed including long-term and annual planning as well as competitive and trend analysis

Some nights, weekends, and travel required. You will play a vital role in our offsite marketing activations which often happen on weekends.

About You

  • Relevant experience and passion across key social media properties including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, blogs, etc.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in social and/or digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations and/or marketing
  • Experience with and knowledge of short-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects across a variety of content scope at one time
  • Ability to synthesize information, connect disparate pieces, think critically and communicate effectively
  • Strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Smartsheet experience (project management system) desired
