Do you have previous Administrative Assistant experience? Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working on special projects, and have experience assisting Senior Leaders and Directors? If you answered yes, Pro Staff in Little Canada is seeking a well experienced Administrative Assistant for a company located minutes from the St. Paul and Minneapolis area! This role will provide part-time administrative support to Senior Leaders and Directors to meet their needs. This is a contract position working during regular business hours. Job duties include but not limited to:
  • Calendar management and coordinate and book travel
  • Complete expenses and reports
  • Attend meetings to record minutes as needed
  • Connect with IT with any support/trouble shooting 
  • Responsible for maintaining and appropriate handling of confidential information
  • Perform various administrative duties that involve in-depth expertise on various internal systems
  • Coordinating and ordering of lunches as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, ordering/maintaining supplies, and other administrative duties
  • Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting Executives and Directors is a plus
  • Experience working in the Healthcare or Medical Manufacturing setting is a plus
  • Post-Secondary Education or College degree desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
