Customer Success Assistant Job Description

This key client-facing role is responsible for ensuring client expectations are met with regard to products and service. In addition, this role will focus on growing additional sources of revenue and product reach within accounts. Our company provides an online software solution to increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, control costs, and stay competitive. We currently have customers that are primarily regional. Develop and manage client relationships and proactively communicate with our customers- order status, alternate solutions and current market trends.

Communicates with customers via phone or email with exceptional customer service skills and solid products knowledge. Research customer inquiries or issues independently to provide a customer with the best possible solution. Keeps customers informed by notifying customers of shipping and stock availability issues; answering questions; responding to requests. Conduct customer online store training sessions via web meetings and conference calls Respond to client inquiries and requests and coordinate with internal business partners to ensure client satisfaction Proactively engage clients, and work closely with account administrators/buyers to offer solutions and improvements for their business Analyze assigned accounts, identify main decision makers to determine growth areas for additional products, and create and assign those opportunities to appropriate sales person Achieve high rate of retention across assigned customer base Reply customer's emails promptly using Outlook. Take orders over the phone, internet and email and input into QuickBooks Enterprise correctly Other duties as assigned

  • Requirements

    Minimum three years’ experience managing account relationships Available M-F; Open to salary of $13.50/hr to start. Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships and exceeding goals Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient High level of comfort with technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated by the opportunity to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team Experience supporting Health, Safety and Environmental departments within the petrochemical industry preferred.
  • Is proficient in excel, word, adobe acrobat and publisher.
