We have an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives with Logistics experience in Baytown

Customer Service Representatives process orders and prepares correspondence to fulfill customer needs. In addition, our Customer Service Representatives provides product, service, and transit information to the customer. In the event that there is an issue, the CSR acts a liaison to facilitate a resolution.

You would be responsible for the following( Primary duties):

  • Resolving product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep customer records and updates account information.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Assist with order management and product management.
Position Requirements:
Must be available to work any of the shifts listed: 7a-4p, 8a-5p, 9a-6p and weekends when needed.
Preferred candidates would be  familiar with Seaware &  SAP 
MUST be Customer Service Driven with at least 3 years of experience
EFFECTIVE Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational Skills
Logistics Experience( preferred)
Proficient in Excel(Required) Quick learner
