Job Details

Join our Home Health Agency as we expand our Skilled Nursing Department to include postpartum visits for moms and babies (no IBCLC certification required). In addition to well-baby visits with newborns, nurses will be joining our existing skilled nursing team for visits with our medically complex population. 

Job Details

This is a full time position, and in this role you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing visits, case management and education to our pediatric patients and their families. We are looking for nurses to cover the south and west metro area.

Types of visits include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Lab draws via capillary or venipuncture
  • Cardiac Assessments/B/P monitoring
  • Nutritional, weight and feeding instruction, NG replacement
  • Medication Compliance
  • Postpartum visits for moms and babies

Our nurses and families love our case management model, which offers a close connection to co-workers in the office and also opportunities to build strong relationships with patients and families in the field.

Schedule

The hours are full-time weekdays with the latest shift ending at 6pm, there is some flexibility in scheduling as well as paid on-call duties on evenings/weekends.  

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have a Minnesota RN License, BLS or CPR certification, and a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience. Pediatric, case management and venipuncture experience is a plus.

Other qualifications include exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills; a high level of initiative combined with excellent customer service; and a strong team-focused mentality as well as the ability to work independently.
