Skilled Nursing Visit (SNV) Nurse - Weekday Shift
Work with kids while using your high-level nursing and case management skills!
We are looking for an awesome Registered Nurse to join our fun and caring SNV team in our Roseville office.
This is a full time position, and in this role you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing visits, case management and education to our pediatric patients and their families.
Types of visits include (but aren’t limited to):
- Lab draws via capillary or venipuncture
- Cardiac Assessments/B/P monitoring
- Nutritional, weight and feeding instruction,NG replacement
- Medication Compliance
Our nurses and families love our case management model, which offers a close connection to co-workers in the office and also opportunities to build strong relationships with patients and families in the field.
Our driving radius is 45 miles from the Roseville office and this salaried position is eligible for mileage/vehicle allowance.
The hours are full-time weekdays with the latest shift ending at 6pm, there is some flexibility in scheduling as well as paid on-call duties on evenings/weekends.
The qualified candidate will have a Minnesota RN License, BLS or CPR certification, and a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience. Pediatric, case management and venipuncture experience is a plus.
Other qualifications include exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills; a high level of initiative combined with excellent customer service; and a strong team-focused mentality as well as the ability to work independently.
