This customer service position offers support to clients on a variety of platforms: phone, webchat, and e-mail. Your duties would be first and foremost assisting customers in enrollment procedures and updating their health care and/or pension plans. They're looking for service oriented and dedicated people to quickly build rapport, customize service approaches to meet a wide variety of client needs, skillfully translate complex health, welfare, and pension terms into concepts that are easy to understand, and handle confidential information with sensitivity under HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
All of these responsibilities will take place in a beautiful, modern building with free covered parking with access to a work out facility and dining options. This is an opportunity in Bloomington that has a bus line to the front of the building!
Bilingual candidates are highly valued!
We are looking for individuals who:
• Are fully available for any schedule between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M.
• Are interested in contract work
• Are comfortable working between 30 - 40+ hours per week
• Have great customer service skills
