As a Lead HR Specialist you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Whether through onboarding, performance management or giving leaders and team members the guidance that they need to be successful, you will be a knowledgeable and committed resource.   • Provide and implement HR policy, process, and operational activities including escalated HR support, internal offer process, data analysis, cyclical process execution and support, and HRBP and client facing projects.
  • Point of contact for the client group, supported by partnering with Payroll, Human Resources Operations Center (HROC), HR COE partners and Administrative Assistants to ensure team member and leader escalated inquiries are handled and resolved in a timely manner
  • Plan and execute HR cyclical processes which may include: Talent Planning, Annual Pay and Performance Process, Best Team Survey, Target Welcome or other processes as assigned
  • Ensure compliance and integrity of team member data and reporting relationships through timely keying of team member movement and partnership with the HROC
  • Provide support and coordination of ongoing talent management and resource planning processes including report creation, data analysis, team member data updates and maintenance in Workday, and creation of tools to facilitate planning discussions

About you:
  • Two to four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, SharePoint and other web-based tools
  • Displays strong prioritizing, organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
