Mechanical Assembler
Job Details
A company in Chaska, MN is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to add to their team! The Mechanical Assembler provides assistance in the assembly of sub components for a medical device company, specifically in the QC final test department. Someone with previous Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical assembly experience would do well in this position!
Hours: 2nd shift, 4PM – 2:30AM Monday through Thursday
Pay: $16-17/hour depending on experience
Job duties include:
-Perform all aspects of product line performance testing
-Follow detailed test procedures and verifies compliance
-Enter quality data into computer programs
-Identify and report any quality issues
Requirements:
-1 to 2 years previous experience in related field
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Electronic technical degree preferred, but not required
-Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and testing equipment
-Previous experience assembling equipment, not parts
-Ability to read prints and graphs
-Computer experience is required as the candidate will be required to do some basic data entry to complete job documentation
-Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
