Claims Specialist
Job Details
Pro Staff is partnering with an industry leading financial services company in search of a Claims Specialist. As the main point of contact for customers, the Claims Specialist will play a very important role. Duties will include reviewing and researching claim information, accurately processing and reviewing documentation, depositing claim checks and keying claim check information. Time management is essential in this position. Ideal candidates will be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. Position pays $17/hour.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to accurately and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage servicing or related field highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude in a high-stress environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
