A role with Roundel is an opportunity to represent the company in the sales of digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market. Focus for this role will be developing search media as an ad inventory source for Roundel - both on Target owned platforms and with external search engines (eg..Google, Bing, etc). You will develop a metric driving approach that will grow the effective available inventory through partnerships with ad tech, measurement and trading teams. You will work through how to bring a robust - search based offering to life by effectively fusing market demand with differentiated supply and measurement.

As a Sr. Manager Roundel Channel Development, you will be responsible for building and evolving search channel into a sophisticated and metric driven ecosystem that can power dependable/scaled growth. You will establish and deliver a driver based strategy and roadmap based in known search marketing strategies and tactics - yet differentiating Roundel from the advertising industry. This role will act as both a thought leader and active manager for Roundel search ad supply - ensuring strong strategic and practical deployment within a meaningful search ad supply to fuel growth. About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Lead a scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives
  • Ability to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate concepts into driver based roadmaps and forecasts.
  • Present analytical insights, past experience and answer all technical/data questions through all stages of the sales and implementation process
  • Understand, with great detail, the complex and unique world of Marketing Technology and Target's unique products
  • Experience with search marketing strategies and tactics
