Job Description: This position will be responsible for managing the creative people, process, and product of a dynamic, fast paced in-house Marketing Department. Job Summary: Works with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop creative strategy, then oversees implementation and execution by leading an in-house creative team in the development of creative marketing products that support message effectiveness and overall brand synergy. Responsible for facilitating the conceptual development processes of all creative marketing materials for all Mystic Lake and Little Six casino efforts, focusing on generating innovative ideas across all traditional and digital platforms
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a field related to Advertising or Marketing.
- Six years of experience in an agency atmosphere or marketing department.
- Familiarity with layout and design software, Macintosh operating system and utilities, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Applications. Experience with Sitecore web platform, Marketo email marketing and Four Winds Interactive digital signage a plus.
- Detailed problem-solving, independent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
