Job Details

Hunter Hamilton is accepting applications for a contract role as a Credit and Collections Specialist in the NW Metro. Qualified candidates will work to assist with credit and collections of open accounts, call on customers with past due balances and assist with other misc accounts receivable duties

Job Duties include:

  • Maintain assigned customer accounts in a current status by ensuring timely collection of receivables, in alignment with customer credit terms
  • Review and releases orders on credit hold, based on assessment of customer credit activity / history
  • Apply cash timely and accurately
  • Work with customers on cash variances and reconciles accounts to maintain accurate records
  • Work with internal and external personnel to resolve issues, bad debts, and disputed items

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of credit, collections, and Accounts Receivable experience required with a mid to large-sized company 
  • Past credit management of retail and commercial accounts preferred
  • Experienced in SAP preferred
  • Excellent oral / written communication abilities and organization / analytic skills.

This contract is expected to last through the end of the year with the possibility of extension.
