Customer Service - Rental Intake

A growing medical device company in Richardson, TX is currently in need of several experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives.   
In this position you will be taking calls from consumers that are looking to set up payment information for rental of Medical Device.
80% inbound calls. You may also reach out to insurance companies, and the patients who are using the devices.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with medical practices.
This is a great way to get your foot in the door with one of the industry's leaders.  New department, room for growth.
The pay rate is dependent on the amount of experience. It could possibly range from $16.00 to 18.00/hr.

Required Skills: Entry Level but experience preferred.   
Experience with billing when it comes to Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance very helpful   
*Must be proficient with using a computer
*Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone.
