Pro Staff has partnered with a leading distribution company and are seeking a Bi-Lingual Sales Assistant. This direct hire position is located in Burnsville, Minnesota and starts at $15 per hour, depending on experience. Qualified candidates will have a knowledge of residential construction and speak fluent Spanish and English.

Job Duties:
Provide a positive customer service experience to the customer Handle job site sales and delivery of construction products Use selling techniques to recommend product Complete transactions Service and repair hand-held pneumatic fastening tools Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish Mechanical aptitude is preferred Satisfactory driving record Knowledge of residential construction preferred Previous forklift experience preferred Ability to meet physical requirements Ability to life 50 lbs or more Ability to problem solve and use good judgement when needed Ability to provide excellent customer service while having a professional demeanor.
