Are you a fan of all things outdoors? Love assisting customers and outdoor sports? Pro Staff is hiring for seasonal Customer Service Representatives who will assist customers with outdoor equipment at The Sportsman's Guide!.
As a customer service representative, you will take inbound calls and assist in problems associated with any internet or catalog orders. Use your passion for the outdoors to assist in troubleshooting issues. Successful representatives may be considered for permanent hire at the end of the season. To be successful, you will need: • Excellent phone voice and presence. • Strong computer and data entry skills. • The ability and desire to arrive on time for scheduled work hours
Preferred skills: • One year call center / phone customer service representative experience
What you receive: • Pay rate of $14.00 /hour • Performance based incentive and awards • Casual, fun, work environment • Medical, dental and vision and 401K available
