Responsibilities:
* Respond to routine inquiries from telephone callers and visitors, redirect calls or provide routine information
* Perform various clerical duties requiring a general knowledge of organization and working with other employees.
* Must be able to effectively review all incoming order documents for accuracy prior to the dispatching of service personnel.
* Work closely with internal and external customers, to include (Accounting, Sales and Service Centers).
* Collaborate closely with management and peers as to modify weekly schedules in order to accommodate the needs of customers.
* Effectively and efficiently consolidate and maintain order documentation within the ERP/SharePoint system.
* Effectively monitor open jobs and communicate any changes to the customer.
* Responsible for overseeing the planning, prioritization and assignment of the field staffs work schedule, based on customer's request.
* Assist management with the development and implementation processes and procedures to improve safety, productivity, efficiency and profitability at a departmental level.
Qualifications: * Minimum Associates degree required * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Team player that takes pride in ownership of tasks, hunger to learn and develop new systems, improve old systems
* Handle management of customer relationships and development of new customer relationships.
* Familiarity or comfort learning new organization software; knowledge of product, international travel policies and requirements is a plus. * Ability to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful conditions. * Takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. Quickly and efficiently completes tasks. * The ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, dependability and commitment to the role, team and company.
* Basic knowledge with Oracle ERP System.
* Basic knowledge/Familiar with SharePoint.
* Must be efficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail
