The Food & Beverage Operations team helps bring food experiences to life for Target guests. As the owners of the store process for Food & Beverage, we evolve the food experience at Target for our guests by fostering strong cross-functional relationships and bringing the right minds together. We gain alignment on our shared roadmap, goals and metrics in support of our vision. And our positive influence helps reframe problems, explore new possibilities and create guest experiences only found at Target.

As a Business Partner for Food Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing store process to insure a frictionless guest shopping experience. You will act as an advocate for store teams and build strong partnerships across the Food & Beverage Pyramid as well as internal and external partners to simplify processes and maximize our store team's time on the sales floor to assist guests. You will create intuitive instructions, training, and communication to stores to insure adoption of new or updated tasks. As a Business Partner you will work quickly to resolve store issues, identifying root causes and solving issues for the long-term.

About you:
  • Four year college degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience (i.e. retail, grocery, food service)
  • Demonstrates courage and holds partners accountable without formal authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set objectives for own work
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of Target Merchandising systems and processes
