Pro Staff is currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity! Our client is one of the nation’s largest independent producers of corrugated packaging. You will be a part of a great work environment, along with competitive wages and a great benefits package! 
In this role you will perform preventative maintenance procedures and related maintenance duties on a wide variety of equipment including, corrugating machines and corrugate converting machines, process support equipment, interior and exterior of buildings and grounds.

Job Duties:

General Industrial maintenance to include, but not limited to lubricating, repairing, rebuilding, trouble shooting, and cleaning production machines. Other duties to consist of infrastructure maintenance and fabrication. This includes welding, cutting, grinding, carpenter work, and operating shop machines (lathes, mill, drill press, grinder, saw, and other small hand tools).

Perform maintenance and repair to the lift trucks; roll grabs and dollies, steam generators, air compressors, and other process support equipment.

Perform electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, and concrete work.

Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures.

Utilize the CMMS and other resources to provide maintenance planning.

Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
MUST possess, or obtain, an Associate’s Degree, Millwright or Journeyman card in a related field to remain in the department.
Math skills are required
Must be able to problem solve

Pay for this position is starting at $26.41.

HOURS
Maintenance Mechanics are required to work a M-F rotating shift assignment of:
3rd shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
2nd shift – 2:00PM to 10:00 PM
1st shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Overtime is also required which can include 12 hour shifts and weekends
