Job Details
Pro Staff is looking for a 1st shift painter for our client in Milwaukee, WI. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity! Qualified candidates will have experience with industrial or automotive painting. This position requires that individuals are punctual and able to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail. The hours for this position are from 7AM to 3:30PM with overtime at times.

- Mixing and measuring paint
- Insures proper preparation for each job before painting
- Mixing, usage and storage of paint products including enamels, epoxies and urethane enamels
- Applies primers using a spray gun and epoxy and urethane enamels
- Inspects for a high quality finish on all painted products
- Maintains paint supply inventory and insures proper cleanup and storage of all paint products
- Grinds and sands products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some heavy lifting is required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good math skills and mechanical ability needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and excellent attendance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
