Long term, Onsite Freelance Opportunity in the Northern Suburbs!!
Our client in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, junior-to-intermediate Front-End Designer with some HTML and Web Design skills who understands how the design affects the user experience. This is a B2B Web Design role with eCommerce site(s). In this role you will be “shown the ropes” with typical web tasks such as:
- Updating web pages using basic to intermediate HTML
- Learn how to use 2 CMSs that our client currently uses. One is very user friendly while the other is much more robust (Oracle)-----great addition to one's resume!
As you get acclimated, you will be directed to some design projects. Simple hero banners to start and then landing pages and ultimately, more strategic web design work whether it be micro sites, mini eCommerce stores, re-brands or other category sites.
To be considered for this role, here is what we are seeking:
- A portfolio showcasing WEB DESIGN work. If your portfolio is print based, unfortunately, you will not be considered
- A Resume showcasing 1-3 years of experience as a designer with HTML experience
- Able to work onsite every day
