Position Summary:
This role will manage the website personalization experience. This leading mobile device and electronics company innovates at a fast pace and the right person will help the team deliver the best-in-class experience to the end user, making their journey to purchase as smooth as possible. In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing and Operations teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop an idea from infancy and deliver a full functionality
• Collaborate with teams to ideate and execute personalized experiences for the company’s e-store
• PMO/Follow Up on roadmap items
o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met timely
o Escalation of blockers and issues to executives
• Set up processes to drive transparency across teams and can be scaled with the program


Skills and Qualifications:
• 7 or more years of program management experience (must have); prior experience with personalization preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related quantitative discipline, Master’s degree preferred
• Strong inclination towards data driven decision making
• Ability to build relationships with cross functional teams
