2 year, ONSITE, freelance contract for a Presentation Designer!

Immediate need for Presentation Designer to work on a 2-year long, onsite assignment in the Waukegan area.  Our client is a global pharmaceutical, research- development company.

This individual will be working on print and electronic deliverables for internal and external communications, promotional programs and meeting/events to support internal teams.  This role will be 70% mix of design of print/packaging design, interactive design, 2D or 3D illustration/rendering, animation/motion graphics and 30% PowerPoint. Design work includes ability to create from scratch or work within templates.

Great Design skills

Agency sensibility

Self-Starter and must be able to take an idea and expand on it

Ability to own project deliverables

Portfolio:

MUST be able to set up proper grid and have a good understanding of typography

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Graphic Design and or Communications

3-5 years of graphic design experience within a graphic design firm, ad agency, in-house corporate graphics department and/or freelance business

Knowledge of regulations, standards and healthcare trends affecting pharmaceutical products and biotech

Strong technical knowledge of creative software including Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Keynote

Problem solving skills
