We are assisting our client in their search for a knowledgeable, organized, and collaborative Production Lead. This is a direct hire opportunity. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production, providing technical guidance in order to maintain quality, training and delegating work assignments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor daily operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Generate strategic production schedule to ensure internal production goals and customer expectations are met
• Collaborate with others to resolve various work-related issues (including production issues, personnel issues, complaints, etc.)
• Create, prepare and maintain various reports and records
• Facilitate safety meetings as necessary
• Assist with the completion of projects including assisting the team with more skilled tasks  

Requirements: 

• Proven expertise in a manufacturing setting, developed through experience or job-related training
• Ability to work within established practices and procedures
• HS diploma or GED  

Duration: Direct Hire 
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience 
Hours: 1st shift, mandatory overtime may occur
