Supply Chain Coordinator

Summary:
The Retail Supply Chain (RSC) Coordinator will act as a critical liaison between our distributor, interdepartmental teammates, and the RSC team. The role will be heavily focused on ensuring data integrity and reconciliation across multiple systems as assets are received, deployed, and returned between our stores, field personnel, and distribution centers. To do this, you’ll partner with internal teams, vendors, and our warehousing & distribution vendor(s).
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the “voice of the field” by ensuring our organization understands issues in both the field and in stores
• Run daily reporting on inventory availability, outstanding shipments/returns, and report on project status
• Validate internal asset tracking systems against the Consolidator’s system of record, researching and resolving disparities
• Setup and new parts and update obsolete part statuses in the Retail Support Catalogue
• Review and process order approvals submitted through our Consolidator’s Retail Support Portal
• Initiate adjustments across multiple systems for lost/stolen assets
• Assist in device launches, ensuring all necessary demand, production, and inventory plans are in place to ensure a successful launch
• Schedule shipments of Strategic Project assets and partner with the company’s Security team to clearly communicate the whereabouts of serialized assets as needed
• Manage ad hoc order submissions and select resets
• Maintain team project tracker
• Work with procurement team for ETAs on all inbound orders
Skills:
• Experience should include tracking serialized assets and/or a demonstrated history of detail orientation
• Masterful experience remaining organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with intermediate Excel formulas is required.
• Demonstrated competence in clear communication skills using both oral and written modes for the team, executives, and both internal and external partners.
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Work history in Retail and/or Supply Chain preferred
• Experience should include tracking serialized assets and/or a demonstrated history of detail orientation
