We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Media & Design Coordinator to help bring  the company’s employer brand strategy to life through various digital activations. Your work will contribute to the adoption of the company’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by maintaining the company’s employer social media content calendar, designing collateral and assets for all internal and external brand campaigns, and partnering with Employee Engagement to drive awareness of company events. Key elements of your role include designing all assets to accompany the company’s employer brand campaigns, working cross-functionally to manage the company’s LinkedIn content calendar, and developing new and innovative mediums by which to promote the company’s employer brand internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize strong graphic design skills along with Photoshop and InDesign to create all assets for the activation and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Marketing, Recruitment, and Sales to maintain balanced activity and consistent messaging.
• Employ excellent photography skills to capture all Employee Engagement events for social media and digital platforms.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to promote the company’s employer brand via social media, email campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Creatively ideate new assets to assist the Recruitment organization in promoting the company’s job opportunities externally.
• Benchmark competitor brand activation strategies and make recommendations on innovative and eye-catching approaches to increase employer brand awareness.
• Partner with the company’s Internal Communications team to improve employer brand adoption internally.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure all design and assets align to the company’s brand guidelines and track against predetermined deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of graphic design or marketing experience
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills with a keen eye for design
• Strong photography skills (video is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to think outside of the box and present new ideas
• Must be extremely organized (prioritization is key)
• Superior attention to detail
• Effectively communicate with members of all levels of management in a professional manner
• Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
• A team player who is self-motivated with a sense of urgency to learn and succeed
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Goal driven and target oriented with the ability to see big picture
