Atterro Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Simpsonville, SC. 

 

Summary: 
The main function of the Sr. Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions. 

Job Responsibilities:
-Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries. 
-Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
-Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
-Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
-Create/maintain/analyze various data sets and measurements results against various metrics to ensure vendor performance is held accountable at most optimal level.
-Ensure the key metric reports are developed and implemented in a timely manner and ensures that high quality data is presented in a logical and understandable format for the users
-Responsible for delivery/distribution of daily/monthly/quarterly reporting for various departments within the SEACC as well as distribution for Vendor Performance Reporting. 
-Developing and execution of executive call report summaries for all levels of leadership in the company
-Leverage data and communicate findings to support in operational business decision making.
-Collaborate with leaders and managers to determine and address data and reporting needs for various company projects.
-Perform testing and validation of data sets.
-Determine the meaning of the data and explain how various teams and leaders can leverage it to improve and streamline their processes.
-Create statistical models that depict company-wide trends.

Skills:
-Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
-Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
-Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

Education/Experience:
-Prior experience in technical and/or customer support preferred
-Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required OR equivalent work experience
-2-4 years of experience required.
-Process certifications a plus, such as, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
