Hours- 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending upon experience

Job Duties
Handle customer inquiries via all input methods relative to pricing and stock status, purchase order status, order changes and cancellations
Handle call backs and follow ups via email
Operate SAP

Job Requirements
4-5 years in fast paced office environment
Experience with SAP
Experience with high level customer service including speaking to customers on pricing, purchase orders, order changes and cancellations
Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements
