Effective Date: 8/16/2019 Reports to: Operations Supervisor, Shelf Processing
Summary:
This position is responsible for accurate processing including, but not limited to, receiving, login,
cutting, scanning, editing/validating, document storage/retrieval, report assembly and/or packaging, as well as assisting in the overall operation of the department. Perform daily quality checks
and equipment maintenance to ensure quality standard expectations are met. Train and monitor daily activities of temporary employees during peak periods. Serve as a primary resource and subject matter expert on primary tasks.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Perform tasks necessary to receiving, login, cutting, scanning, editing/validating, document storage/retrieval, report assembly/packaging, meeting standard processing guidelines
Perform daily quality control checks to ensure quality standard expectations are met on a daily basis
Able to self-direct, organize, and prioritize the flow of materials through primary process areas
Perform tasks necessary to ensure project preparation is complete
Communicate the results of project status through reporting to Shelf Processing management team
Maintain 100% accuracy of all tasks performed in the primary work area and throughout each process step
Document and communicate issues associated with a project to appropriate personnel
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on
scanning and cutting equipment according to department guidelinesTrain and monitor daily activities of temporary employees during peak periods, reporting any issues back to management
Efficiently communicate potential issues and/or concerns that impact processing to management
Serve as a resource for temporary employees during peak periods
Provide assistance and/or support to other Document Processing areas when needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts during peak processing periods
Perform other duties assigned
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Ability organize and communicate in a
professional and timely mannerComputer competency
Essential Job Requirements:

Ability to consistently perform well in a fast-paced environment (increased work load periods) meeting department goals and project deadlines
