University Dining is hiring a Service Manager for the Memorial Student Center to oversee Fireside Café and Blue Devil Market service areas, as well as on-campus snack vending, and assisting with catering events and express locations. This position works closely with student staff, front of house employees, and administrative staff to ensure quality service is provided to customers, while focusing on food safety and sanitation, efficiency of service, presentation, and portion control. Additionally, this position monitors and provides fiscal analysis of Memorial Student Center dining operations utilizing point of sale and menu management software.

University Dining is recruiting a Food Production Assistant to join our team in the Memorial Student Center. Under general supervision of the Executive Chef, this position is responsible for food production for University Dining operations in the Memorial Student Center. This position leads and directs the work of student employees in the production kitchen and front of house stations. The Food Production Assistant works with a team of professional staff to meet the needs of the operation. This position assists the Executive Chef with our menu management system Food Pro paperwork, ordering, inventory, production of food for catered events, storeroom maintenance, receipt of deliveries, food safety, and sanitation duties.
