Atterro Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Plano, TX. 

 


We are actively seeking a talented and experienced technical project manager (Service Delivery Manager) to oversee manage the administration of Maintenance Support Services for the corresponding technologies provided by Supplier. AT&T will provide applicable points of contact to interact with the Supplier SDM. The ideal candidate will be a self-managed leader with the ability to work with diverse project teams and the vendor, across geographically dispersed locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Delivery of Maintenance Support Services with AT&T.
• AT&T will communicate with Supplier to facilitate the tracking of changes to AT&T’s network configuration and interfacing systems, so Supplier can provide the most effective Maintenance Support Services and ensure optimal network performance.
• Provide reports described herein, to AT&T in accordance with the timeline specified therein. 
• Ensure adherence to mutually agreed terms and conditions.
• Manage any AT&T Maintenance Support Service escalations including emergencies or other urgent situations.
• Provide feedback to AT&T from the Supplier recovery teams during emergencies and other urgent situations.
• Provide follow-up of actions arising from escalations.
• With support from AT&T, maintain a count of AT&T’s installed base of Supplier Covered Network Elements including changes in the AT&T Network. 
• To review operational performance issues with AT&T on a monthly basis per technology for Supplier deployed Covered Network Elements, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, with the purpose of providing status on open incidents, reviews of lifecycle changes, Product Change Notices (PCN), Software recommendations and Release reviews, identifying opportunities to improve the quality of services and identifying AT&T’s future needs and requirements for roadmap and planning purposes. 
• Manage project with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plan that merge vendor requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial ideation through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and vendors, and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
• Manage internal and external expectations consistently aligned with the actual and forecasted delivery progress, budget tracking and project risks.
• Provide organized and timely management of project communications/meetings, dependencies, action items, issues and risks.


Job Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in Telecommunication or relevant technical field with 3+ years project management experience directly leading full cycle projects with understanding of and experience in, standard delivery lifecycle methodologies 
• Proficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheets, Trello
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical team members.
• Fully proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
