This position features a Monday through Friday 6am-2:30pm schedule and pay between $25 and $32 per hour, depending upon experience. Job Responsibilities:

Sets up and operate various types of manual machine tools including CNC machining center

Perform machining operation with ordinary tolerances or requirements

Assist in ordering and receiving incoming raw materials

Fit and assemble where necessary, using machinists’ hand tools and measuring instruments

Ability to set up and operate NC Saw

Read blueprints or written specs

Maintain machine shop equipment 

Perform all necessary computer inquiries

Conduct daily activities according to documented quality system procedures and work instructions

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years of job related experience in machine shop environment and/or technical college training with CNC classes

Forklift training

Knowledge of shop mathematics and a high degree of accuracy

Must be familiar with working properties of metals

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to understands blue prints and written specifications

Must have experience with CNC machines and also manual machines 

Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements
