The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process and maintain return orders, along with coordinating prompt credit processing on returns.

Maintain charge back issued on assigned accounts.  Process return requests on an as needed basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Resolving customer RA discrepancies as reported by warehouses

-Work with customer, sales and Collection team to resolves charge-backs issues for assigned accounts to balance AR

-Process return requests using verification tools by product & serial number

-Creating spreadsheets to upload into system for  RA creation

-Transmit approved RMA’s and tracking information to Customers

-Retain and organize all RMA documents for back up purpose

-Runs reports to verify dollars & units for quarterly returns

-Process debits & credits as needed

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.
